If I use your email service can I leave my web site where it is?

Yes, email hosting and web hosting are two separate services. To have us host your email with us simply have what is called your MX records pointed to AttainResponse and that is it. Exact details are provided.

 

Can I use my own domain name with your service?

Yes, the majority of our customers choose this option to have their own domain name (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com). When you subscribe you choose the domain you want to use.

 

Do you offer a private branded solutions?

Yes, we offer resellers and others the ability to privately brand our interface so it looks like their.

 

Can I use Outlook or my favorite email client with your service?

Yes, you can use outlook or just about any email client using POP/IMAP service. Or with Outlook you can choose our optional Sync, which is a MAPI sync service that allows full Exchange Server functionality. We also provide Apple Desktop Sync.

 

Can I move my existing data over to my new account with AttainResponse?

Yes, we have a team of experts who can help create a custom migration plan and help manage the process.

 

What are your customer service hours?
