How It Works

All customers who use the AttainResponse product will have the option to create a MailF5 account or create an account using their own domain. Each package has a combination of host and sub accounts to be managed by the company.

Domains:

There are two options to creating accounts with AttainResponse listed below.

  • Option 1 — MailF5:

This option is for customers who want to have an email address @mailf5.com, instead of using their own domain. For example company abc would have an email address such as abc@mailf5.com. This allows the company to maintain their existing domain, email accounts, and structure and use MailF5 accounts independent from their existing accounts.

  • Option 2 — Re-point existing domain:

This option is for customers who would like to Re-point their existing domain to our AttainResponse servers. This means that the email address will stay at the company’s domain. For example abc@mycompany.com would remain a valid email address, but would be accessed and managed using the AttainResponse product. We provide tools and instructions to assist you in re-pointing your domain. Another benefit of using your own domain is access to a universal account manager for your suite of accounts. This allows you to manage your host and sub accounts for a particular user from your company dashboard.

In order to have the best experience and tools to succeed, we recommend you Re-point your domain to our servers and use the universal account manager to create edit and manage accounts. This allows the company to keep their existing email address, but enhance the toolset available to succeed. The choice is yours and we offer several diverse packages designed to meet or exceed your needs. Let us know what AttainResponse can do for you.

Host and Sub Accounts:

During the initial signup process, you will be required to purchase a Host account and may also purchase additional sub accounts. Sub accounts are additional stand alone accounts that you can purchase for use within your company. A sub account has it's own login name and password. Each sub account has it's own e-mail address. A sub account does not share storage space or bandwidth usage with any other accounts.

Sub accounts are managed within your admin center. After you have purchased a Host account, you can always purchase additional sub accounts, or upgrade existing accounts as needed.

Ready now? Just select a Host Account Package to begin your purchase order. If you're not quite ready, please view the How it Works section for more information or click on More Details for each package.
