Do my viewers need any special software or players to view my videos?
No, we support the most widely used formats - windows media and flash. All your viewers need is either the windows media or flash players.
Does your video email attach the video to the email?
No, there are not downloads or attachments to view video email. Your users simply click a default or custom play image and the video starts to stream to your viewers computer.
Do your videos have long buffer times?
No, our flash and windows media videos are delivered off high-end streaming servers so nothing is being downloaded. If you upload a .SWF file the only option for delivery is progressive download, which means the video has to be downloaded so there is a short buffer time in most cases.
How long can my videos be?
Your videos can be as long as you want them to be, there are no restrictions on length.
What formats do you support?
